The goal of this group is to expand our parish’s outreach to the poor, needy, and less fortunate. Our main function is to get the parishioners of the parish involved.
- Create a list of young adults (7th, 8th grade, etc.) who could shovel snow, rake leaves, do light shopping for the sick, disabled, and senior parishioners.
- Create a mentoring program for career building. This program would increase skills, help with resume writing, job search, etc.
- Establish a newsletter to communicate to parishioners. This newsletter would seek parishioners with special talents and inform our parish community of currently existing outreach programs and upcoming events and projects.
