Golden Age Club

About Us

The Golden Age Club is a social organization that meets weekly in the school cafeteria during the school year. It currently has 100 members, of whom 75 to 85 participate each week. Many members play various games, while others attend to make conversation with friends. Group registration costs $5 yearly, and members pay $2 per meeting, which includes a dessert and tea or coffee. The weekly meeting is every Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Members are free to leave at any time.

Come and meet new friends!
Bring a favorite game or an idea for a trip!
New members are always welcome!

Anyone over the age of 55 can become a member of the Golden Age Club. New members are welcomed at any time. Just come into the school cafeteria any Thursday during the school year from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. The club does not meet during the summers as the “Sensational Kids program” uses the school cafeteria during the summer. The yearly start-up dates for the Golden Age Club will be posted in the parish bulletin, as well as on this page and on the parish calendar. This Club provides a “home away from home.” If you need any information regarding the weekly meetings or upcoming events, please call the President, Barbara Militello at 718-335-6586.
