The Soccer Program
The Soccer Program at Our Lady of Hope is offered to both boys and girls starting in kindergarten and continuing through 8th grade.
Kindergarten is run as a clinic style program teaching the children the basic fundamentals of the sport.
1st and 2nd Grade is an instructional program designed to teach young boys and girls the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment. These grades are non-competitive (no standings or scores are kept). Games are held on Saturdays and Sundays and do involve travel to other parishes. It is a great learning experience.
In addition, prior to the start of the fall season, we run a free clinic every Friday evening in the summer. The clinics usually begin after 4th of July and run through August, weather permitting. The clinic is conducted on the field of Our Lady of Hope (behind the school). The clinic is encouraged for all boys and girls participating in the program, who will be entering kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades in the fall.
Registration for soccer is held every May/June. For questions regarding your specific grade or for possible late registration opportunities, please contact the grade appropriate Athletic Director below.
